This software is shareware. If you keep using it (past a fair trial period) you should pay the shareware fee, which only $1. But if you don't like it, throw it away and you will owe me nothing. This program does not have any shareware messages and relies only on a honour system.
CoplandCursor a little extension that changes your default black with white outline cursor, or pointer, (that thing on the screen that moves when you move your mouse, trackpad, or trackball) with a more æsthetic, color, and especially 3D looking one. You should have a 256 (or more) color monitor or it might look very bad. This extension works extremely well with "Aaron", the extension that Coplandizes your Mac.
Note: I did not do the programing for this extension. All the credit goes to Matthias Urlich who wrote " Color Cursor." I have just modified this extension to give my cursor.
To make this cursor work just drop it into your "Extensions" folder inside your "System Folder" and reboot. After all your extensions load you will have a 3D color cursor.
Note: If you change your monitors resolution to less than 256 colors or grays this cursor will look weird. So if you don't want this to happen keep your monitor resolution at 256 colors or higher.
If are familiar with the Macintosh, you can change some the cursors used by CoplandCursor. You can use ResEdit, a free program from Apple, that you can download. Inside CoplandCursor is a collection of cursors, so if you don't like the one I gave you, you can change it to some others I made. To learn more about ResEdit I suggest going to the I like ResEdit Homepage at http://www.bekkoame.or.jp/~ykray/. You can download ResEdit at this page as well.
Note: If you are a lefty you might want the cursor pointing to right instead of the left. If you email me, I can do this for you.
